Daniel himself has had to walk the journey of recovery from a failed marriage, co-parenting battles, homelessness, depression, loss of self-confidence, and many similar battles men are embarrassed to admit is bullying them.

The mission of ACT ACCORDINGLY is to assist men in the removal of their hidden anxiety, wrestling with guilt, self-esteem issues, and attempting to live up to unrealistic standards that continue to accumulate against them.
ACT ACCORDINGLY believes that once a man discovers his individual identity and reintroduces himself assertively that much of the family and social disorder would begin to diminish.

Many men struggle with trying to squeeze all the day's productivity into what doesn't seem to be enough waking hours to get it done. Most of us continue to believe the problem is the clock when in actual fact it's the activities we're pursuing. Again, time isn't the challenge.
This 6 week course is purposed to identify and offer course correction strategies and methods to accomplish more with the same hours you thought were not enough.
FMC is a 14 day challenge designed to program the mind of men to experience accomplishments being performed at the opening of their day to inspire them to transfer that into the remainder of their day.
The challenge will include spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical components. The intent is to fully arouse the whole man - Mind, Body, and Spirit to be present for the day that awaits his response.
1. 15 minutes of scripture reading and prayer
2. 15 minutes of fitness activity
3. 15 minutes of journaling and speaking the day's direction
(1 and 2 can be to your preference)
The impact this challenge should give to every man that participates fully is a rise in his awareness that accomplishment is simple to achieve when you take care of the details to achieving it

We're opening our day with mental and emotional clarity by journaling and speaking aloud what we anticipate to experience during our day. When we create objectives we lessen the probability of randomness. WIN!
1. Set a timer for 15 minutes. The list of movements will be performed the duration of the 15 minutes with rest intervals as needed.
THIS IS INTENDED TO PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, AND EMOTIONALLY EXPAND YOUR BOUNDARIES.

- PLANK UPS (Rt. side up then Lt. side up is a full rep)
- MT. CLIMBERS (Rt. leg the Lt. leg is a full rep)

At the end of each 15 minute fitness session upload a photo or brief 30 second video for confirmation of completion for the day.

AAMMP, ACT ACCORDINGLY Men's Mindset & Performance isn't about behavior modification but about the reintroduction of a new man.
When a building is demolished it isn't destroyed to just be removed but the old is removed for that space to be available for the construction of something new and updated.
AAMMP is about showing men how to relinquish faulty mindsets and practices by taking honest inventory of who they are presently and is it a realistic expectation to believe that they can be and achieve what they dream of by being who they are presently.
There was once a universal standard as to what the composition of a man was. There was once a time when men lived by that US military forces creed 'Leave no man behind'.
We need community that encourages, that promotes the excellence of a man, that shares strategies on how to thrive, and keep each man a man of integrity. When one of us is not healthy and strong then we as a community, a team, and brotherhood are not healthy and strong.

Act Accordingly started as a statement to correct my fitness clients when they were not being consistent with what we discussed for them to follow for the health and fitness results they said wanted. I in the beginning used it as a stern reminder to do what you know should be doing for results you said you wanted. Many times my clients would tell me that when they wanted to eat badly or miss a session that they heard 'Act Accordingly' echoing in their mind.
Overtime the statement 'Act Accordingly' began to even hit different with me. It was no longer simply a signature reminder statement for my clients but it enlarged to be an accountability tap on my shoulder as well. The measure of integrity I began to operate with increased and my productivity output escalated as well. Act Accordingly had become my accountability partner.
So what began as a statement to remind my clients to remain focused turned out to be an exceptionally powerful command to behave with integrity.
As I began transitioning to Life coaching I knew had a powerful weapon and tool at my disposal, 'Act Accordingly'. Equipped with this weapon and tool, I'm helping many men discover, rediscover, and reveal the distinguished men of honor and reputable character that they are and have always been.
Act Accordingly came into existence to be that tap on the shoulder to say, "What are you supposed to be doing? Is that what we're supposed to be doing? Act Accordingly."
Act Accordingly is about not choosing the path of least resistance. Often when it comes to change or attempting something new we dont like the option that comes with discipline but of convenience. The problem with the option of convenience is that you end up course correcting over and over because convenience is a microwave option.
What is done rapidly seldoms gives lasting results. What is done with attention to the process as opposed to a fixation on being finished more often doesn't need correction and do overs.
Act Accordingly is about helping men identify the problematic beliefs, practices, and habits that are the root of their problematic circumstances first. Secondly, it is to then begin demolition. Thirdly, after clearingbthe debris begin new construction. The process is to identify, assess, form a plan of action, execute, evaluate, adjust as needed, and continuously improve.
Act Accordingly is about helping men evolve into the optimal man, husband, and father that their life deserves.
I don't want to say the world is filled with distractions but that it can be full of distractions for someone not single minded in purpose at any given moment. The moment we open our eyes life, responsibilities, obligations, wife, children, career, family and the remainder starts demading our attention.
These aren't distractions but they can be destractive if we dont know how to identify the order of priority each requires of us. Have you ever had to assemble furniture or toys? All the parts are important but there's an order of importance for each part and the hardware required to create the intended outcome.
Often we as men have the tendency to neglect ourselves and only give our attention to completing tasks and fulfilling responsibilities and obligations. At some point fatigue and burnout are inevitable. Why? We were not following the assembly instructions. No man has the ability to give his most excellent self to anyone or anything if he is not his most excellent self.
The success of FMC men's community is anchored in being committed first to self harmony then to everyone and everything else outside ourselves. A man's mind, body, and soul being in agreement allows him to have clarity in all he puts his attention to. A man that knows how to effectively flow from objective to objective doesn't fatigue and burnout.
